This in-office role supports end-user computers, printers, and security across branch locations across multiple time zones. You’ll diagnose issues, manage user accounts, and support projects like device refreshes and software rollouts.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and 3+ years in desktop support. Travel to branches as needed; hours 8 a.m.–5 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of desktop and end-user technical support preferred.
• Certifications in A+/Network+/Security+ or MS-900/AZ-900 are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests via phone, chat and email for software, connectivity and printing issues.
• Guide users through diagnostic steps and provide verbal instructions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems with hardware, software and printers.
• Escalate complex issues and document steps taken for ticketing system (Zendesk).
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacements of defective products.
• Manage Microsoft 365 / Entra ID user accounts end to end (onboarding, offboarding, MFA).
• Support IT projects like device refreshes and software rollouts (P21, BI access).
