Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Tech Solution Center Analyst for on-site support. The role covers first-level troubleshooting for end users, hardware, software, and network issues, with on-call rotation 24/7.

You will diagnose, document, track, and resolve incidents in ServiceNow, assist with PC/mobile/device tech, and share knowledge to help the team improve. Associates degree and IT experience preferred.

Qualifications

Experience in business analysis and IT service management processes.
Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
Familiarity with end-user support and ITIL concepts.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for end users on hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Diagnose, document, track, and resolve incidents; use ServiceNow for escalation.
Support PC hardware/software, mobile devices, printers, and network connectivity.
Offer hands-on support at the Technology Solution Center and walk-up desk.
Share knowledge and assist with complex issues; drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to performance analysis and IT project support.
