Job summary

Integris in Albuquerque is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline IT support for end users, including Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and basic connectivity. You will be the first contact via phone, email, or client portal and will document work for accurate billing and knowledge base updates.

You will collaborate with Systems Administrators and Engineers, follow SOPs, and develop technical knowledge toward potential progression into senior roles.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Microsoft Fundamentals, or CompTIA Network+ preferred.
• 1–3 years in technical support, help desk, or MSP environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle frontline end-user support via phone, email, and client portal.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and connectivity issues.
• Escalate complex problems to Systems Administrators or Engineers.
• Document work clearly for accurate billing and knowledge base updates.
• Collaborate with the tech team to resolve client issues.
• Follow ITSM processes and SOPs.
