Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and basic connectivity. You’ll be the first contact via phone, email, or client portal and document all activities for accurate billing and service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in technical support, an Associate degree, and relevant certifications. Join a team that values growth, collaboration, and delivering high-quality client outcomes across a national MSP footprint.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Entry-level certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Microsoft Fundamentals) preferred.
• 1–3 years in technical support or help desk roles with MSP/multi-client exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for end-user devices and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Manage tickets from phone, email, and client portal and document work performed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve simple to moderate issues, escalating to admins/engineers as needed.
• Collaborate with Systems Administrators and Engineers to resolve client issues.
• Maintain SOPs and contribute to knowledge base updates.
