Job summary

Liberty Resources, Inc. in Syracuse, NY is hiring an IT Support Specialist to deliver frontline technical support across the organization. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues while delivering excellent customer service to staff.

The role requires 2–3 years of help desk experience, familiarity with Windows 11 and Intune, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. On-site and remote support may be involved; NY driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, specialized technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two to three years of help desk or IT support experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote technical support for computers, mobile devices, printers, and other technology.
• Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets, service requests, and user issues.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Assist with Windows 11 device provisioning using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Support user account management, onboarding, offboarding, and access requests.
• Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity issues.
• Assist users with communication and collaboration tools including Webex Calling.
• Document solutions, create knowledge resources, and maintain accurate support records.
• Escalate complex issues while providing clear communication and excellent customer service.
