You will handle hardware/software support, onboarding/offboarding coordination, and contribute to knowledge documentation, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic, office-based environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 1 year IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting knowledge.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end users via ticketing systems, email, phone, Teams, and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printing, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and user interactions.
