In this role, you will serve as a key resource for employees across the organization, providing hands-on technical support, managing end-user devices, and helping users maximize productivity through Microsoft 365 and other business-critical applications. This position works primarily in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, mobile devices, printers, and phones.

This is a full-time hourly position. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break. Work hours may vary based on business needs and occasional project requirements.
Occasional travel between company locations may be required to support users, equipment deployments, training, and operational needs.
