Job summary

Cobalt Truck Equipment in Nampa, ID is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver first-line technical support to employees, handling hardware, software, Microsoft 365 apps, and user accounts. You will manage end-user devices, assist with deployments, and help users maximize productivity through Microsoft 365 and other business applications, while resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
1 year of IT support/helpdesk experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level IT support to end users via ticketing, email, phone, and in person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printing, and connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Document steps and resolutions; escalate complex issues as needed.
Manage end-user devices, software deployments, and asset inventory.
