Role involves diagnosing problems, coordinating solutions, ensuring security procedures, and learning new systems as needed. Minimal project involvement expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of systems support.
• Experience with company hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Ability to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Ability to diagnose computer problems and coordinate solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical guidance to users clearly.
• Knowledge of computer security procedures and protocol.
• Ability to learn and support new hardware, software and OS.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus on IT helpdesk tickets and user support.
• Provide installation, configuration, maintenance, and support for systems.
• Minimal project participation unless needed.
