Job summary

Houlihan Lokey in San Francisco is seeking an IT support specialist to provide general IT/user support on all Houlihan Lokey applications, operating systems, and hardware, in person, over the phone and remotely.

You will troubleshoot incidents, configure Windows workstations, manage AD, VPN, and AV equipment, and assist with local hardware inventory and occasional travel to remote offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months IT experience with hardware/software installation.
• Ability to troubleshoot IT incidents and communicate clearly.
• Experience with Windows OS and Office/Exchange environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to Houlihan Lokey colleagues, focusing on SF office.
• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests for hardware, software, and accounts.
• Configure and administer Windows workstations and peripherals.
• Install and support hardware including printers and mobile devices.
• Support AV equipment and manage local hardware inventory.
