Intelligent Technical Solutions in Roseville, CA seeks a Technician II to provide both onsite and remote IT support. You will troubleshoot issues, perform system updates, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining our high service standards.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including after-hours on-call rotations for client visits.

Qualifications

• Two years in Helpdesk or a similar role.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS.
• Willing to work full-time on-site or at client locations.
• Proficient with M365, Active Directory, and basic security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues and printer issues with minimal assistance.
• Provide both onsite and remote IT support for clients.
• Troubleshoot line-of-business apps such as SAGE ERP and QuickBooks.
• Perform imaging, deployments, and user profile management.
• Assist with basic server, networking, and firewall tasks as needed.
• Answer Quick Fix calls and participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
