Job summary

NGEN Radio is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to serve as the frontline for employee technology needs. You will assist Westlake and Irving offices, resolve incidents, and support remote staff with hardware, software, and cloud services.

Responsibilities include account management (Azure/AD, Microsoft 365), onboarding, security practices, and maintaining knowledge bases. The role demands collaboration, strong communication, and a proactive, resourceful approach.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on IT experience.
• 4+ years in a dynamic service desk or desktop support role.
• Microsoft 365 or Azure certs and/or ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 support via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
• Configure and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support VPN, Wi‑Fi, and cloud services; deploy new hardware/software.
