Rise Internet is seeking an IT Support Specialist II in Westlake, TX to be the first point of contact for employee technology needs. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, and cloud services, with onsite support in Westlake and Irving and remote support for distributed staff.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent IT experience, 4+ years in a service desk, and Windows/macOS proficiency.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent hands-on IT experience.
• 4+ years in a dynamic service desk or desktop support environment.
• Microsoft 365/Azure certifications and/or ITIL Foundation.
• Strong Windows and macOS knowledge.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to service desk incidents via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Log, categorize, and prioritize requests for hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems and cloud services.
• Support network connectivity, VPN basics, and basic networking concepts.
• Apply patches, updates, and security configurations per policy.
• Manage user accounts and onboarding in Azure/AD and M365.
