NLACRC is seeking an IT Specialist II in the San Fernando Valley, CA. The role provides technical support for applications, hardware, printers, mobile devices, RingCentral, VPN, and basic network access, with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, researching complex problems, maintaining updated tickets, and contributing to knowledge articles. Occasional night shifts and travel may be required; a strong MS/AD/Exchange background is desired.

Qualifications

• Senior level Microsoft support skills and experience with Helpdesk Ticket Systems, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, Exchange Server
• Experience with VPN, Endpoint Security Software, Cloud Backups; knowledge of RingCentral, Azure, Intune is a plus
• Strong English communication and customer-service skills; ability to troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Identifies and diagnoses Level I/II problems for laptops/desktops and software.
• Researches complex technical problems.
• Maintains accurate notifications and status updates; follows procedures and updates as needed.
• Prioritizes tickets according to business needs and ensures timely closure.
• Develops knowledge articles for users and team members.
• Supports the inventory application and processes.
• Responds to security incidents and escalates suspicious activity.
• Provides basic support to Azure, Intune, Active Directory, and Exchange environments; escalates to IT Operations as needed.
• Assists IT Operations with basic server functions and printer management.
• Learns new technologies and trains others; participates in projects and testing.
• Learns basic network troubleshooting before escalation; may travel between locations.
