Job summary

American College of Education in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a Technology Support Specialist II to deliver day-to-day technology support for students, faculty and staff. The role includes managing end-user devices, software updates, and enterprise platforms, with onsite support in Indianapolis.

You will work with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory and MFA, ensuring security, ticket discipline and knowledge-base updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support and admin roles.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365 administration.
• Familiarity with MFA concepts and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day helpdesk support for ACE students, faculty and staff.
• Manage end-user devices, software, and conferencing equipment.
• Maintain ticketing records and ensure timely resolutions.
• Configure and support Microsoft Intune managed devices.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and offboarding exits.
