Job summary

Sysco is seeking an IT Local Support Specialist to assist the ST support teams with end-user technology support across workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and network peripherals at a Sysco facility in Fargo, ND.

You will train the Support Specialist I associates, contribute to policy development, and participate in hardware roadmap planning while providing local escalation support and maintaining system security and AV/patch compliance.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma and 5+ years of end-user technology support experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and remote troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage support tickets with updates and escalations.
• Provide onsite/remote IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Image workstations using standard images and maintain security policies.
• Support Order Entry applications and license compliance.
• Train staff on the enterprise ticketing system and processes.
• Coordinate hardware purchases and disposals with Corporate IT.
