HDR, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist I to apply technology to address business needs, assist staff, and maximize the utilization of computing resources in an on-site Greenville office.

You will diagnose hardware and software issues, provide advanced troubleshooting, support applications, train users, and participate in enterprise IT projects with Systems Administrators to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science/MIS-related area or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support of PC, networks and servers.
• Excellent working knowledge of personal computer and peripherals; Windows 7/10/365 and Windows Server runtimes.

Responsabilités

• Apply technology to address business needs and constraints.
• Assist staff to achieve efficient and effective use of computing technology and maximize utilization of computer resources.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting on complicated IT issues.
• Provide desk side training upon request for enterprise applications.
• Provide hardware and software inventory management and requisition coordination.
• Coordinate local office communication of technical topics/issues.
