Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field and one year of related computing work experience (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of computing networks, hardware and software in distributed environments.
• Ability to install computer hardware and operate keyboards.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support for System IT Service Desk customers.
• Support all technology for System offices, conference rooms, and campuses (Denton, Frisco, Dallas, Fort Worth) and executive offices.
• Coordinate incident and tasks with part-time student staff.
• Review, process, coordinate, and report System IT incident and request tickets.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity and IT Compliance (CITC) on desktop and application security.
• Participate in periodic project assignments and live streaming support for Board meetings.
