Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to University faculty, staff and students.
• Coordinate evaluation of new Lab software/hardware.
• Coordinate the implementation of future software/hardware installations.
• Arrange for repair of hardware and software in all OIT Lab areas.
• Manage applications, print servers, print queues, print files, print kiosks, and computer lab printer configurations and problems.
• Test complete system, all applications and network connectivity according to UTD guidelines.
