Qualifications

• Basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and iOS operating systems.
• Installing and maintaining software applications.
• Managing and maintaining computer network systems including Virtual and Local Area Networks.
• Supporting enterprise applications used in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, and electronic mail, cloud storage and other related applications.
• Effective communication
• Computer skills as required for the position.

Responsabilités

• Ensure continuous availability of technology assets at the assigned location by providing technical support for hardware, software, networks and servers.
• Support district-owned technology by addressing customer concerns, needs, issues, training and guidance.
• Collaborate with customers at the location and with district-level technology support staff to maintain a stable digital environment.
• Assist with documentation and training to improve user proficiency and incident response.
