Qualifications

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee technology support requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system, and application issues.
Support Windows, Office 365, Teams, Intune, remote access tools, and business applications.
Assist with user account setup, access requests, and basic system administration tasks.
Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, peripherals, and printers.
Support MES and other operational technology applications.
Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures.
Contribute to knowledge base articles and self-service documentation.
Partner with users across the business to understand issues and provide excellent customer service.
Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices.
Support a safe, quality-focused, and collaborative work environment.
