Qualifications

• Enrollment in IT/IS/CS degree program with Sophomore status or higher.
• GPA 2.75 or higher required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• End-user IT support: software installation, hardware set-up and delivery within our ticketing system.
• Set up new computers, configure handheld scanners and printers.
• Resolve employee technology issues via ticketing system and documentation.
