IT Support Specialist

Launch Your IT Career in Manufacturing Technology

Are you passionate about technology, problem-solving, and helping others succeed? We're seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting the technology that keeps our business running. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional, including recent college graduates, who want hands-on experience across desktop support, enterprise systems, manufacturing technology, and end-user support. In this role, you'll work closely with employees across the organization, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and helping users get the most from the tools they use every day. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies, including Microsoft environments, ERP systems, manufacturing applications, and modern IT support tools, while building a strong foundation for future growth within IT.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee technology support requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system, and application issues.
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Teams, Intune, remote access tools, and business applications.
  • Assist with user account setup, access requests, and basic system administration tasks.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, peripherals, and printers.
  • Support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and other operational technology applications.
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and self-service documentation.
  • Partner with users across the business to understand issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Support a safe, quality-focused, and collaborative work environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests.
  • Interest in learning enterprise technologies, manufacturing systems, and IT operations.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
We're Also Open To Recent Graduates

We understand that not every great IT professional starts with years of experience. If you're a recent college graduate, have completed internships, technical coursework, certifications, or hands-on projects, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for individuals with strong technical aptitude, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of IT support, help desk, or technical support experience.
  • Experience supporting: Microsoft Windows Microsoft Office 365 Microsoft Teams Microsoft Intune Active Directory ERP systems A+, Microsoft, or other relevant technical certifications.
  • Oracle support experience.
  • Experience with report writing and reporting tools.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to Microsoft SQL databases.
Why Join Us?
  • Opportunity to work with a variety of technologies across both office and manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to enterprise systems and manufacturing technology that will accelerate your career development.
  • Collaborative team environment where learning and growth are encouraged.
  • Hands-on experience supporting critical business operations.
  • Strong opportunity for career advancement within IT.
  • Whether you're an experienced support professional or a recent graduate looking for your first step into IT, this role offers a great opportunity to build technical expertise, make an impact, and grow your career.
