Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer in Irvine to deliver onsite technical support for PC, mobile, and collaboration equipment.

You will manage OS imaging, deployments, and remote troubleshooting while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely resolutions. Qualified candidates have 6–8 years of field services experience, solid Windows 10/11 and Office 365 knowledge, and hands-on expertise with imaging tools, SCCM, and Intune.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in Field Services / Onsite Support Services.
• Experience with Windows OS, Office 365, and imaging projects.
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
• Knowledge of SCCM/Intune administration and OS deployments.

Responsibilities

• Bulk refreshes and PC provisioning for new starters.
• Coordinate asset repair, returns, and hardware storage.
• Desk setup and site coordination with Facility Management.
• OS and firmware troubleshooting; SCCM/OS troubleshooting.
• Documentation and knowledge article creation.
