Job summary

The role requires English communication, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid NM driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with computer systems troubleshooting.
• Four years of experience with Windows platforms.
• Must possess a valid NM driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Handle Help Desk functions for computers, email, Internet access and applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across a diverse network.
• Maintain computers and peripheral equipment connected to Eddy County’s network.
• Attend meetings and training as required and respond to call back requests.
