Job summary

Inland Empire Health Plans is seeking an IT Specialist I to deliver Tier 1 and occasional Tier 2 support for end users in a fast-paced medical environment. You will diagnose issues, document resolutions, and provide actionable insights to leadership while maintaining service excellence.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and reliability; experience with AD/Exchange and enterprise apps is preferred, with opportunities to contribute to data requests and report preparation.

Qualifications

• Two years of IT support or Service Desk experience required.
• Experience in IT support or Service Desk environment preferred, preferably in the medical industry.
• Preferred experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and enterprise-level application support.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Fundamentals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and occasional Tier 2 technical support to end users.
• Diagnose, research, and resolve routine hardware, software, and access issues.
• Document, track, and monitor resolutions using enterprise tools.
• Collaborate with Workplace Services to support data-driven IT initiatives.
• Assist with administration of enterprise applications and preparation of reports.
