Job summary

IEHP is seeking an IT Specialist I to provide Tier 1 and occasional Tier 2 technical support, ensuring a smooth end-user experience across hardware, software, and applications in a medical enterprise.

Under the guidance of IT Workplace Services, you will diagnose routine issues, document resolutions, and assist with data-driven initiatives and report preparation, collaborating with teams to deliver timely, high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in IT support or Service Desk environment required
• Experience in IT support or Service Desk environment required, preferably in the medical industry
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s degree from an accredited institution preferred
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Fundamentals preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and occasional Tier 2 technical support to end users across hardware, software, systems, and access management
• Diagnose, research, and resolve routine technical issues via multiple channels (phone, email, walk-up, online)
• Document, track, and monitor resolutions using enterprise tools
• Contribute to data-driven initiatives and assist with preparation of accurate and timely reports
