Responsibilities

• Prioritize, track, document and resolve service requests autonomously.
• Respond to service requests across KRMC campuses.
• Assist in deploying new applications and enhancements.
• Maintain documentation on service requests and resolutions.
• Ensure security and integrity of systems and antivirus maintenance.
• Provide user orientation for new systems deployed.
