Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently during evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide frontline support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Respond to service requests via phone, email, and in-person support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot common IT problems, including hardware malfunctions and software errors.
• Perform hardware setups, upgrades, replacements, and general maintenance.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when appropriate.
• Assist with IT projects and team initiatives.
