HHM Hotels is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical assistance to internal users via remote, phone, and desk-side support. You will manage tickets, install systems, and collaborate with managers on projects, while ensuring high service standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of IT experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. This position includes varying hours and potential after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years IT experience, intern or professional.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for networks, systems, and software.
• Self-directed with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and resolve issues by severity.
• Capable of handling multiple issues and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous, and efficient customer service via phone, remote, and desk-side support.
• Track issues in helpdesk software and alert department managers.
• Install new computer systems, peripherals, software, and network gear.
• Troubleshoot systems, software, and networks including VOIP and connectivity.
• Follow IT service standards for quality customer service.
• Be available for extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Participate in special projects and 24/7 on-duty emergency support.
