Job summary

Ken's Foods is seeking an IT Support I to provide end-user support, installation, maintenance, and administration of the company’s computer network and IT assets across local and remote sites. The role supports manufacturing operations with an 8 AM – 5 PM EST schedule.

You will handle first-level network and application issues, document procedures, and escalate complex problems. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and independent problem solving in a corporate environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT experience in a corporate environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Active Directory experience (computer/user setup).

Responsibilities

• Provide first level support for networking and application issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to IT standards.
• Diagnose and resolve computer problems and record requests in the Help Desk system.
• Provide on-site interface support for third-party vendors and services.
• Liaise with Engineering for PLC/manufacturing support and assist with inventory of IT equipment.
