Job summary

Kens Foods Inc. is seeking an IT Support I to provide end-user support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across local and remote sites. The role follows a standard 8 AM – 5 PM EST schedule to support manufacturing operations.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 3–5 years IT experience, and basic Active Directory knowledge. Salary ranges between $75,000 and $85,000 per year, with visa sponsorship not available at this time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 3–5 years IT experience; basic Active Directory experience; experience supporting end-users in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level IT support for networking and application issues; document requests in the Help Desk system.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, software, OS, and network connectivity.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to site IT operations standards.
• Support warehouse and production systems, RF devices, and networked printers.
• Liaise with Engineering for PLC/manufacturing support and assist remote site users.
