Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of IT help desk or desktop support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification preferred.

• Bilingual ability a plus (Spanish, Korean, Armenian).

• Respond to IT help tickets including hardware, software, network, and access issues.
• Set up new-hire workstations, mobile devices, and accounts.
• Manage software licenses, deployments, and patches across all endpoints.
• Maintain endpoint security including antivirus, encryption, and MFA.
• Document IT procedures, asset inventory, and password resets.
• Train staff on cybersecurity best practices.
