Job summary

AHC is seeking an IT Specialist in Arlington, VA for a hybrid full-time role. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and help maintain our IT infrastructure to support a diverse staff across multiple locations.

The role requires strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, SharePoint, Intune, and network devices (Meraki). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and administration.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Experience with Meraki network devices and Ninja One remote support.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support, manage ticket queue, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain Windows servers and network infrastructure; administer Office, Exchange, Azure, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Support over 100 users, 300 devices, and 40 printers, creating tailored IT solutions.
