Job summary

Neighborhood House is recruiting an IT Field Support Specialist to deliver hybrid on-site and remote technical support for about 120 employees. You will administer Microsoft 365, manage endpoints, and handle onboarding/offboarding with emphasis on security and user access.

The role requires collaborative work with the Operations Team, budget-conscious asset management, and regular visits to multiple locations. A strong IT background with five years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT/CS or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience with budgeting, purchasing, asset management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, user accounts, mailboxes, and security groups.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning with MFA support.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate hardware/software upgrades.
