Job summary

AHC is seeking an IT Specialist in Arlington, VA to provide technical support and maintain IT infrastructure. The role handles over 100 users, 300 devices, and 40 printers, with a path to contribute across Microsoft platforms and cloud services.

This full-time position offers a hybrid work schedule, competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps, Exchange, Azure, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Experience with Meraki, Ninja One, and Defender for security.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Certifications such as A+, Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
• Familiarity with DHCP, DNS, SMTP, IMAP, TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support and manage help desk tickets.
• Maintain Windows servers and network infrastructure.
• Support administration of Office 365, Exchange, Azure, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Assist with setup/configuration of hardware and software.
