24 Seven Talent is seeking an IT Support Specialist to keep office and distribution center operations running in Salt Lake City. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support experience or strong internship/technical background.
• Comfort supporting both Mac and Windows devices in a mixed environment.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Office 365 or Azure AD exposure is a plus).
• Experience with MDM or security hardening is a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of network and WiFi infrastructure support is a plus.
• Any experience with Zebra printers, RF scanners, or WMS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the support queue (tickets, emails, and walk-ups) with a focus on fast, friendly resolution.
• Handle all IT tasks for new hires and terminations: account setup, hardware provisioning, and access management.
• Support day-to-day needs across Mac and Windows devices, Google Workspace, and common SaaS tools.
• Order and manage IT equipment and track procurement from request through delivery.
• Set up and maintain hardware inventory, including device setup, provisioning, and asset repository tracking.
• Support and troubleshoot handheld scanners and Zebra label printers on the DC floor.
• Assist with WMS connectivity issues and basic system support.
• Perform routine maintenance, firmware updates, and hardware swaps for DC devices.
• Coordinate with warehouse team leads to minimize tech-related downtime during peak operations.
• Write clear documentation for procedures, device configurations, and common fixes.
• Participate in IT team projects as we grow and scale.
• Prioritize competing requests without dropping the ball on any of them.
