Job summary

Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist with the maintenance of computer equipment and software, install and repair hardware, and provide user-ready training and support across the organization.

You will troubleshoot issues, document services, and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of data while delivering reliable technical assistance to staff and stakeholders in Little Rock and beyond.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and progress toward technology degree.
• Experience in computer support and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with Windows Server and Desktop OS, MS Office, and network basics.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Provide technical assistance and user training on computer functions.
• Document services in the work order system and coordinate with providers.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality.
• Create and deliver webinars for stakeholders as requested.
• Adhere to guidelines and maintain usability, accuracy, and quality.
