A local health care organization in Springdale, Arkansas is seeking an IT Technician to provide support and troubleshooting for IT systems. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of IT experience and a high school diploma; preference for relevant certifications. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Performs lifecycle management of PCs, including upgrades and repairs.
  • Provides tier 1 and tier 2 support for end users on-site and remotely.
  • Installs, assembles and configures computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoots problems with computer systems and makes repairs.
  • Assists users to resolve problems with equipment, software and data.
  • Supports and maintains VoIP systems.
  • Collaborates with vendors and external IT service providers.
  • Adheres to applicable regulatory guidelines and laws.

Community Clinic is seeking an IT Technician to work in our administrative office in Springdale, Arkansas. Requirements include 2+ years of IT support experience. Must be able to provide end user support, troubleshoot basic network, software, and hardware issues, and install/configure equipment. HS Diploma or equivalent required, preference given to candidates with relevant college degree and/or technical certifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performs lifecycle management of PCs, including upgrades and repairs.
  • Provides tier 1 and tier 2 support for end users on-site and remotely.
  • Installs, assembles and configures computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, switches, scanners and related hardware.
  • Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including hardware and software, email, network and peripheral equipment problems; makes repairs and corrections where required.
  • Assists users to resolve problems with equipment, software and data.
  • Supports and maintains VoIP systems.
  • Collaborates with vendors and external IT service providers as needed.
  • Adheres to applicable regulatory guidelines and laws, including but not limited to HIPAA/HITECH, HRSA, NCQA PCMH and OSHA.
Qualifications
