Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist end users with company software, networks, and applications. This full-time on-site role is based in Fort Smith, AR and requires effective problem-solving and strong customer service skills.

You will receive and triage inquiries, coordinate resolutions with engineers, and contribute to knowledge base improvements while maintaining professional relationships with users and teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience using PC & Microsoft Software.
• IT phone support or help desk experience, preferred.
• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Receive problems from end users via telephone and other electronic communication.
• Prioritize, coordinate & communication resolution of problems with end users.
• Establish and maintain good customer relationships.
• Analyze & research complex problems.
• Interface with engineers and vendors to resolve common problems.
• Document concerns and problems.
• Analyze trends.
• Implementation of new products.
• Provide team support and development of support level personnel.
