Datamax is seeking a customer-focused IT Support Technician / Technology Specialist in Little Rock, AR to provide external end-user support, hardware/software maintenance, and network administration assistance. This role serves as a bridge between users, vendors, and internal teams to ensure reliable technology operations.

The ideal candidate has strong technical aptitude, excellent communication, and can diagnose and resolve issues quickly while maintaining high customer service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or network support experience.
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
• Experience interacting with end users in a professional support capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for external clients.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
• Configure user accounts, cloud services, devices, and workplace technology.
• Deliver professional customer service via phone, remote support, and in-person interactions.
