Jobot is seeking an IT Support Specialist to keep our team productive as we modernize. You will handle day-to-day desktop support, image and set up laptops, install software, and resolve help desk tickets for a small, growing team in Battle Creek.

This role welcomes new grads and those early in their IT career, offering hands-on mentorship, on-site work, and platinum benefits. You will support Microsoft 365 users, assist with hardware tracking, and contribute to POS/barcoding projects.
