Jobot is seeking an IT Support Specialist to keep our team productive as we modernize. You will handle day-to-day desktop support, image and set up laptops, install software, and resolve help desk tickets for a small, growing team in Battle Creek.

This role welcomes new grads and those early in their IT career, offering hands-on mentorship, on-site work, and platinum benefits. You will support Microsoft 365 users, assist with hardware tracking, and contribute to POS/barcoding projects.

Formación

• Help desk, desktop support, internship, or IT coursework experience (new grads welcome).
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Drive, initiative, and a team-player attitude.
• Curiosity and willingness to figure things out under pressure.
• Ability to work on-site in Battle Creek, MI.

Responsabilidades

• Image and set up laptops and desktops.
• Install and update software.
• Work and resolve help desk tickets.
• Support Microsoft 365 users and accounts.
• Help with hardware and asset tracking.
• Pitch in on larger projects, including POS and barcoding rollouts.
• Jump in wherever the team needs you.
