Position Overview:

We are looking for some support with IT for our growing team! The IT Helpdesk Specialist will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, This opportunity is in person at the office Monday through Friday.

• 1–2 years of IT helpdesk, desktop support, technical support, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and iOS devices
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and services
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 environment
• Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge
• Experience with audiovisual or conference room technology is a plus
