Qualifications

• At least six months of relevant technical support or service desk experience.
• Healthcare/telemedicine or time-sensitive environment experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to technical support requests for hardware, software, accounts, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoots routine incidents involving Microsoft 365, Windows, Entra ID, printers, and related apps.
• Creates and maintains helpdesk tickets with steps, resolutions, and escalation details.
