Greeley County Health Services (GCHS) in Tribune, KS, seeks a full-time IT Support Specialist to direct and coordinate local area networks and end-user activities. The role designs, configures, installs, and maintains LAN hardware, software, and telecom services including PCs, servers, routers, switches, and cabling.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience, is approachable and dependable, and can perform on-call duties at night and on weekends as needed.

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Competent, approachable, and dependable leader.
• On-call at night and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and access rights in enterprise systems.
• Perform routine maintenance: updates, patches, backups, and security checks.
• Document incidents and solutions in the IT ticketing system.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding including device setup and access.
• Support audio/visual equipment and remote-work tools.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors.
• Contribute to IT projects like upgrades and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Communicate with end users about issues and needs.
