Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with two or more years of end-user hardware/software support experience.
• Experience working with numerous and diverse end users and groups.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-tier and second-tier help desk support and resolve user requests.
• Assist users with hardware and software needs, installations, and configurations.
• Conduct user training sessions and create training materials as needed.
• Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure resource availability and back-up procedures.
