Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking an IT Support professional in Mississippi to maintain PC hardware, software, and networks for property operations. You will install, repair, and maintain AV/kiosk systems and provide end-user support while ensuring security and efficiency across environments.

Role requires an Associate degree in computer technology or related field with 3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this on-site

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate degree in computer technology or related field with three years of related experience or training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems, with strong active directory knowledge.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and ability to support end-user technical needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
• Experience with help desk or IT support, installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Creates framework for property user profile interfaces related to company systems and networks.
• Analyzes hardware, software, and system specs to determine business needs; collaborates with property leadership to implement solutions.
• Performs installation, repair and preventative maintenance of PC equipment and related systems.
• Responds to service tickets and meets SLAs; documents resolutions.
• Provides user administration duties including account activation/termination and access changes.
• Assists with inventory control for hardware/software and maintains organized equipment.
• Supports and demonstrates superior customer service per department standards.
• Liaises with vendors to determine application needs and improvements.
