Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a computing-related field with hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business software.
• Experience with Active Directory, user provisioning, and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Creates framework for user profile interfaces as they relate to company systems and networks.
• Analyzes hardware, software, and computer system requirements to determine business needs; collaborates with property leadership on implementations.
• Performs installation, repair and maintenance of personal computer equipment and related systems.
• Responds to, documents, and resolves service tickets per SLAs; troubleshoots end-user issues promptly.
• Supports remote access for vendors during upgrades and troubleshooting.
