PENN Entertainment is seeking an IT professional to support property user interfaces, networks, and end‑user devices. You will analyze systems, perform maintenance, and resolve service tickets to ensure smooth operations across locations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration with property leadership to deliver reliable IT services and improved business processes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer technology or related field and three years related experience or training.
• Knowledge of a wide variety of technologies to support end‑user needs including computing devices, OS, network technologies, printers and peripherals, and software.
• Experience in operating systems, software tools and project management methodologies; proficient in Microsoft applications and AD administration.

Responsibilities

• Creates framework for property user profile interfaces related to Company systems and networks.
• Analyzes hardware, software, and system specifications to determine business needs and implements solutions.
• Performs installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of PC equipment and related systems.
• Responds to and resolves service tickets per SLAs and documents procedures for prevention.
• Administers user accounts, records, and access control; supports AV, kiosks, and embedded systems as needed.
